Bunker was a installation in a neighborhood garage in Swissvale, Pittsburgh Circa 2018. John Eastman studios took over an empty garage and transformed the space into an art installation exhibit. The exhibit design featured an internal wall and window treatments of corrugated sheet metal, 700 lBS of poured sand (floor), and overhead spot lights. External doors were framed out with two custom built wood frame doors and the entire rear facade clad in corrugated sheet metal. Artworks included a 12 ft carved wood coffee table charred at ends, (shou sugi ban treatment), a hand carved Oak wood wall table w/stones, and sitting stools.

The internal of artworks of this installation are now available for sale…..large and small coffee tables, and stop stools.
